I am a new customer of OnGuard Pest Control by virtue of my co-op apartment’s contract with a new pest control provider. I’ve owned my unit 30 years that has now been mysteriously inundated with roaches for the past 6 months. The previous exterminator gave simple monthly treatments and had no real interest in addressing our problem or even trying to identify the source.I am so thankful for our building property manager to have enlisted OnGuard ‘s services. I was present at the 1st encounter and met the technician. Lou was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, thorough and considerate ……. After I received a call from a tenant that they have a mouse that is now residing in their apartment, I looked up an exterminator online in Brooklyn trying to locate one that was competent and reasonable and OnGuard Pest Control had a ton of positive 5 star reviews. So I decided to try them out, since in my experience, other services from a few other places in the past really didn’t address problems long term and I wanted to try someone new for this job.
