Above & Beyond Beg Bug Removal is a fantastic name for this company! A month ago, I contacted this company to guide me with an issue I NEVER experienced only heard horror stories from other people. I spoke with Luis who calm my nerves he responded to all my questions & concerns. I was frantic and nervous. After our initial conversation, Luis followed up with a YouTube video explaining the non toxic product his company uses verses other companies. I was really appreciative of this! This is one of the best company’s I have ever worked with when dealing with any issue. They gave me assurance about having bed bugs by following up with a treatment after the initial date. This is something that everyone should look for in a service like this given that a lot of landlords like to cut corners and go the cheap route. The solution used is effective and efficient. They are working well with me and I appreciate everything they have done since I had the initial infestation. They even worked with me to contact my landlord who may attempt to blame me if the issue persists.
