After many unsuccessful attempts to rid my apartment of mice, I contacted Walid on Sunday morning, and he was at my place within two hours. He thoroughly inspected and rodent-proofed every square inch of my apartment. Walid is highly experienced, and super knowledgeable ---he taught me about the patterns of mice! I would highly recommend A-List for all of your extermination needs.
After troubles with a previous exterminator not doing their job properly, it was refreshing to have A-List Exterminator rectify our mice problem. We called in the middle of the night leaving a detailed message of our issue. Not only did Walid return our call before 8am the next morning, he was able to get two of his best guys (Derek and Kevin) to come out within a few hours! They were EXTREMELY thorough and filled in all holes. Walid even came back himself to fill in more holes behind the dishwasher! Everyone was so friendly and I would highly recommend!
I needed quick help identifying whether a bug was a bedbug, and A-List Exterminator was able to identify via text it was a spider beetle. Appreciate them doing that for free and confirming not to worry. Would recommend!
