Tommy was extremely helpful to us. We kept finding mice in our kitchen and were really upset about it. Tommy responded quickly, arrived on time, had a great attitude, and set up the necessary traps and poison. He also found the entry point and explained to us what we needed to do to make sure the mice don't come back. He's followed up with us and come over multiple times since to check on everything. He even coordinated with his colleague, Meriam, to craft a letter explaining the situation for us to share with our landlord. If you're dealing with pests, we could recommend someone more highly. Tommy and Meriam are the best. I was dealing with a carpet beetle issue in my apartment that was causing me a great deal of stress, and I am so happy that I chose to go with Tommy after calling a few places. Since the first time I talked to Meriam on the phone, I could immediately tell that they are a very knowledgeable and honest team that takes their clients’ concerns seriously.
