One day walking on 5th I see this tech store and was like screw it it doesn’t hurt to ask how much it would cost so I did. Alex welcomed me like if I knew this man my whole life. Made me feel welcomed talked to me about the process and how much he would charge. The man even offered to meet me all the way in the poconos where I live to pick up or drop off the iPad. I felt like I was family some how and I only just met this man. Honestly though he gave me the best price and the work was excellent the he also resolved an issue with the charging port that he clearly showed me was a problem.
