I could not be more satisfied with how well I was treated here. They got my new PC build running in 4 days, routed my cables in my tower like it was getting ready for a magazine shoot and even installed a 64 bit version of windows 11 pro for me all at a ridiculously affordable price. This place makes Geek Squad look like absolute amateurs. My only regret is that I can only give 5 stars.
My computer was very slow, dead battery, and had no gb, i didn't know at the time my computer had like no gb but they fixed it for me for 200 dollars. They added 200 gbs, a new battery, and it was no longer slow. They did an amazing job and my computer is working amazingly.
This place is amazing! My MacBook Pro won't load and the trackpad wasn't working at all. So I shipped it to Apple and they quoted it at $700. After talking with JC Compact Computer they were able to get it fixed for $95. I would highly recommend going here even if it isn't nearby. They completed the work fast and for a fraction of the cost of Apple. They are also by the M line so even if you are in Manhattan I'd make the commute.
