My son's PC (he's in high school so uses it often for homework and maayyyyybe a little gaming) just stopped working so we took it to the PC Clinic (after reading reviews like this) and Mike was great. My son spilled apple juice over his 2020 M1 MacBook Air which resulted in the keyboard malfunctioning. Josh and his team managed to clean the existing keyboard contacts without having to replace it. I really appreciate the honesty as I could have been quoted for a much more expensive full keyboard replacement. Bonus: this was turned around in 24 business hours. Amazing.
