Hello! I am very happy that I chose Andy as a specialist to help me bring my computer to life. In December 2023 my computer got broken quite unexpectedly, even though it was almost like new. I called different specialists to help me solve this problem and only Andy was specially respectful, knowledgeable, and ready to work. He answered all my questions, did his work in a few days (even though there was a lot of work) and he did it very well, safely brought my computer to my address and gave me a license for 1 year. Andy is a true professional and has amazing customer service. Andy really cares about his customers. Thank you so much.

I called Computer Tech Brooklyn when I needed to completely reset my laptop after I kept getting a blue screen during a factory reset. Sebastian came to my apartment, checked the laptop, explained to me the issue and what needed to be done and told me some interesting facts about the unit. After bringing my laptop with him to check more, Sebastian gave me an option on dealing with the laptop and an affordable price to replace the hard drivers in it. The next day I had my laptop hand delivered to me and I set it up with Sebastian. Great repair store and great repairmen!

They picked up my computer from my house. They were ontime, polite and professional. Called me with a diagnosis, a a very reasonable price to fix it and a time frame to do the work. I was called away on a family matter and the day they were supposed to deliver I was away and forgot to inform them. They said no problem, we will deliver it when you return and wished my family well. I was away for 2 months. Upon my return I called them and they delivered it the next day. True customer service and satisfaction. The computer works like it was brand new. They have a customer for life and I highly recommend them!!!
