Puru helped identify the cause & suggested I contact the Software that was causing the CPU drainage.He got my old MacBook to keep going for another year or 2 & I'm forever grateful. “B4 Computers assessed damage to my laptop from a power surge -- it continued working for a while but would not recharge or run from mains. The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough and walked me through the damage. He recovered the data from the hard drive when it was clear that repair was not a practical option. He helped walk me through some MS admin hassles to get that done. Overall the process was fast -- they got back to me within a few hours of my initial voicemail to arrange drop-off and were finished the night of the afternoon I dropped the computer off. The final cost was very reasonable. If I have any laptop problems in the future, B4 Computers will be the first place I call.“
