“I needed an internal battery changed on my notebook. No way I could do it. I asked if he could do this. He looked at the notebook and said yes. I had a new battery, not an original HP but a compatible battery. He recommended an HP because mine might fail in the near future. I asked him to change the battery anyway. He said yes. Took him about 15 minutes. I now have a notebook I can put in my lap . Excellent! Very reasonable price.“
“I had delayed fixing my computer for the longest but I ended up needing a computer next month and was going to look at buying a new one for 1k and I'm glad I reached out to AZ tech. Very responsive and the fact they pick up and drop off made things super convenient for me because that's why I've delayed fixing it cause I couldn't find time to get it done. They told me the costs upfront and upgraded my screen to a touchscreen. Accepts payment after through venmo which made things easy and I got it back within the week. I would highly recommend them to anyone and wish I used them sooner.“
“Paul Mistretta, who is the owner of Islandwide Technology Computer Repair Services, did absolutely fantastic work at our house recently. We had number of technology issues, especially with a brand new and expensive printer, which was really frustrating. We also had issues with our cell phones performance and the phones connectivity to our computers - both work and personal. Paul took each component one at a time and worked his way through. He explained to my wife and I what the issue was and what he was doing to resolve. That included 3 cell phones, 2 computers and the new and expensive printer. Paul's explanations were excellent and even I could understand what he said - now that's an accomplishment! Paul arrived just as scheduled. Paul was pleasant and polite. Paul explained what happed and what he did to resolve. Paul stayed while my wife and I worked through all of our technology components to make sure everything was okay,. “I hired Lumens to replace my old water boiler with an on demand / tankless Rinnai system. Danny and his team were professional, knowledgable and great to work with. He had electrical and drywall specialists and Danny himself seems knowledgable in all areas and he did a fabulous job supervising all the work including work on the roof and running a new electrical line to our utility closet which they achieved with only two small holes in the ceiling which they then patched nicely. While installing the system they also fixed an electrical issue I had in my house at no additional charge.“
