I hired Lumens to replace my old water boiler with an on demand / tankless Rinnai system. Danny and his team were professional, knowledgable and great to work with. He had electrical and drywall specialists and Danny himself seems knowledgable in all areas and he did a fabulous job supervising all the work including work on the roof and running a new electrical line to our utility closet which they achieved with only two small holes in the ceiling which they then patched nicely. While installing the system they also fixed an electrical issue I had in my house at no additional charge.
I have never worked with someone as professional as Marlon of Home Improvement Solutions. He is the most punctual technician, and his work on my apartment is outstanding. So often, technicians will give a vague arrival time and then come hours outside of the window. When Marlon says he will be here at 9am, he is here at 9am. It is such a blessing to know I can count on him.

The service at this barbershop by far has been one of the best in the city. I specifically got my haircut from Sean and I told him what I wanted and he delivered it even better! This place is my go-to spot for self care. Friendly, clean, a bit pricey, but well worth it. My nail techs, John and Min, are the best! John does my nails, and Min does pedis. I can bring him any design and voila just like the picture or better. Min makes your hurting feet feel brand new while the massage chair works out the kinks in my neck and back. Oh, the joy. I always leave satisfied.

My hair was a disaster & in need of professional help. Marion & Josie consulted with each other & me, so kind about every step of the way. Long story short, I spent the entire day with Marion who is amazing!!!! I walked in a frumpy mess, truth! Lol, she took her time, perfectionist, totally meticulous. She took her time & not once did I feel rushed. I've been getting my hair done for years by various places. VIP lives up to it's name & then some. Cheap spot for eyebrow threading and very warm, kind service. Be very detailed on how you like your brows. Both women working here tend to go a little overboard and make them on the thinner side, so be vocal if you prefer your brows on the thicker side. They do great shaping though, and for $4 it really is a steal.

Have been dealing with Dundee plumbing for over 10 years on recommendation from a neighbor. They are the most honest workmen company I have dealt with recently they always show up when they say they will. Recently we had a question about our gas boiler, and whether we needed a new one, they could’ve easily ripped us off ( also we’re seniors), but they didn’t and said -nope, your gas burner is still good for a few more years. So they didn’t try to sell us a new one. So I highly, enthusiastically recommend them -all the work they do is wonderful and they’re always pleasant to deal with. Do not hesitate to use them.
Contacted Balkan for a sewer backup in the basement and possibly a collapsed water main. They discussed options with me on the phone professionally and clearly, sent a courteous plumber the same day, did a video inspection, and cleared out the water main. They are the sewer company I now call for these issues.

I highly recommend Sonu Construction They did the pavers in my yard and are currently doing my porch, new steps and concrete with pavers on the side of my house and my driveway.
