“My MacBook Pro was severely messed up. Very slow. Trackpad barely functioned. Battery wasn't recognized as even being in it. Then I accidentally wiped the OS off and couldn't get it back on.
Puru of Apple Repair Club, assessed the likely issue with it over chat and gave an estimate of the cost very quickly after I inquired.
I took it to him and in less than a day he had it ready to hand back to me totally fixed.
What was suspected to be one hardware failure turned out to be about 3 or 4 different things faulty.
Yet still for a VERY good price he fixed all of the hardware issues, and got the OS back up and running, and walked me through important things on how to set it up, maintain it, and told me various other things in how to get the best out of it. Then he let me know I can reach out to him with any other questions or inquiries on how to do something.

At first I was frustrated for how long the process took. Over a month. But after receiving laptop again and having it fixed, the technician explained to me that the computer parts needed to fix my computer was rare in the market and had to look into it really hard to find the right part.
