So pleased to have found this place. Ken worked on our office computer, found the problem and fixed it. His prices are very fair and we had the unit back within 48 hours. Highly recommended.

Ken and his employees are patient with your needs and VERY quick with their work. They were able to diagnose and give me a quote on my repairs in a day and completed repairs the next (closed sundays). Compare this with the turnaround time of Geek Squad which quotes you 3-6 weeks (who can go that long without their computer in this day and age?) If you need quick and hassle free repairs for your laptop THIS is the place to go. They also cleaned my device as it was dusty and took the time to answer my questions when my laptop was making noises when I came back another time. Nothing was wrong so they gave me back my laptop. The staff here accommodated me and took care of my needs. They understand. I moved to Staten Island on May 1st and once I sent my laptop in, I let them know that I was still seeking employment and had no money. Fast forward, I landed a job at 7-Eleven from June 10th and finally got around to paying for battery replacement on Thursday, June 23rd. They not only held my laptop until then, but they kept true to their quote and restored my laptop to working condition in no time at all.
