“I have been super happy with Triangle Repair Group. I received their information from a friend of mine, after I told him that my air conditioning wasn't cooling.

I requested an appointment through TRG's website. Alex called me promptly and scheduled a service tech to come out and take a look. The tech, Paul, quickly identified the issue (a leaking evap coil on my 2.5-ton Rheem package furnace A/C), showed me what it was, and asked if he could follow up that afternoon with a quote. Paul was terrific and explained things at an appropriate pace.

Alex followed up with a quote. Turns out the part was covered under warranty, so the cost was less than I thought it would be. I was due to be out of town, but since everything on this HVAC is outside the house, they were able to do the repair while I was gone.

Because I'm nosy, when I came back, I opened up our HVAC and checked out Paul's work. EXEMPLARY. I mean, also it was able to cool the house again, so that would be evidence enough for a normal person.

I was very pleased with TRG, Paul, and Alex, and I look forward to using them again when I need repairs or a new system... though, obviously, I hope I don't need either anytime soon.“

He had me with a 1/4 inch nut driver in my hand to help assess the issue. And he refused payment . In today's customer service world, "Who does that?" “Needed a new hvac system for our upstairs and went through the process of gathering quotes, and of the 4 I received I didn't get warm fuzzies from any of them. So I got one more, Holm Heating and Cooling. First, Doug is a straight shooter and tells you what you need and what you don't need based on data that he collects from air flow, etc... I had several companies try and sell me on new duct work, Doug simply pointed out that who ever did the original install of the ductwork did a poor job and just needed to be adjusted some. He represents and sells reputable products, versus products I never even heard of before. He is very professional, registers your product and just a good guy. He's not the cheapest, but he's not the most expensive but I found him to be the best value... and would highly recommend him and his service.“

“Could not be happier with Carlton Heating + Air. We highly recommend them for your HVAC maintenance.

We had a service agreement with another HVAC company for 6+ years. They installed our new HVAC system. They serviced it, per our yearly service agreement, at the beginning of July 2024 and packed up their tools, saying our freon was a little low. We had to talk them into looking for a leak. Found a leak in the coil, Fast forward 3 weeks and no word about coming to replace it.

We called Abby at Carlton and Adam showed up within a couple days to check out our system. He could have come sooner, but we were unavailable. He found that our freon was down 40%+. They ordered the coil and came in a couple days later to fix our system. They also found a switch that was going bad on the outside unit and soldered a couple solder joints and were still able to beat the other company's quote for just the coil replacement.

We now have a service agreement with Carlton Heating + Air.“
