“I have been super happy with Triangle Repair Group. I received their information from a friend of mine, after I told him that my air conditioning wasn't cooling.

I requested an appointment through TRG's website. Alex called me promptly and scheduled a service tech to come out and take a look. The tech, Paul, quickly identified the issue (a leaking evap coil on my 2.5-ton Rheem package furnace A/C), showed me what it was, and asked if he could follow up that afternoon with a quote. Paul was terrific and explained things at an appropriate pace.

Alex followed up with a quote. Turns out the part was covered under warranty, so the cost was less than I thought it would be. I was due to be out of town, but since everything on this HVAC is outside the house, they were able to do the repair while I was gone.

Because I'm nosy, when I came back, I opened up our HVAC and checked out Paul's work. EXEMPLARY. I mean, also it was able to cool the house again, so that would be evidence enough for a normal person.

I was very pleased with TRG, Paul, and Alex, and I look forward to using them again when I need repairs or a new system... though, obviously, I hope I don't need either anytime soon.“
