“The gentleman that came out named Donte was very professional, very educated, and he serviced our system and immediately he showed me the difference between heat traveling further over In our modular home, and he explained the difference between my system inside and outside and the difference between Goodman the air handle, and obviously the inside was replaced because it was not the same As the Goodman, and he just seem very real and professional which tells me you cannot judge a book by any color you get the service and feel the spirit of a person so he was very real and very positive. I’m glad I didn’t just jump on the first couple of companies because then I wouldn’t have had this experience, and he just gave me a lot of positive feedback while he was working on the system, and this is a real review so hopefully we get him back on our next service. Thank you for the right technician because we’re going to use him again and hopefully we’ll get the same guy and maybe we can connect some other customers. Respectfully, anderson family, I want it to To add that after I had read other reviews about Eco, I was really surprised, but it has nothing to do with great service sometimes great service can’t get to you because they often over book and don’t have enough good technicians, but they still put the business out and can’t keep up with demand and in my experience I’ve had some horrible services Just based on personalities, so I know the difference between if anyone doesn’t get served very well by a technician that comes to service them. they will put it out there honestly so that we’ll have an awareness and even make technicians know that they will be held .Service and not being able to get to you are two different things because I had to wait for a painter for six months because I didn’t want the painters that I wasn’t sure About. “Great experience with Icy Hot! My 25 year old upstairs heat stopped working. I had a couple of other places come look at it and they were actually stumped.They didn’t know what was wrong with it. Frankie from Icy Hot came by took a look and within 20 minutes provided me with a temporary affordable solution to get me through the winter.I will need to eventually replace the whole system and I definitely will be going through these pros again. “My A/C compressor broke in the summer of course, 95 degrees outside. So I call residential HVAC they answer and told they would be there the same day. Jose arrived check the system and gave me an estimated on replacing the compressor, which he told it was in warranty, of upgrading the outside and inside system. Of the upgrade was from 2 ton to 2.5 tons, save electricity bill , so I decided to upgrade the a/c . It was Wednesday and Friday Jose came with his team to upgrade the system, they were finished by 5 A/C working beautiful. Very clean work and very satisfied. They scheduled the City inspection, everything passed. Recommended them anytime.“
