Their teamwork is always impressive. Their friendly customer service staff reaches out to me every 6 mos for servicing under my maintenance agreement. My technician, Grayson, did an excellent job servicing my units 3/1/24 under my maintenance agreement. He identified that a very old furnace was no longer functioning and within less than an hour at the end of a Friday, a proposal was sent to me by their sales manager Ryan, agreed upon by me, and a new Trane furnace was brought to my home and installed Monday morning 3/4/24 by a very good group. They are always efficient, knowledgeable, timely, polite, and professional. Unlike some HVAC companies, they do not try to upsell me and provide fair pricing. This has been an ongoing issue for several years and an extremely frustrating and expensive process of throwing parts at a problem and hoping for the best. I have complete confidence that Walter left me with a reliable solution to a problem I shouldn’t have to deal with for the next 30 years. There were multiple issues contributing to the continuous pump failures and Walter’s team explained them to me and addressed them. I was also extremely impressed with the level of consideration his team was operating with. When they replaced the filter they relocated it to a spot that no longer requires me to scale cinderblocks to reach. It’s the small stuff that leaves the biggest impression. “TCR Just finished a major job replacing the sewer line. thru the years they have done a great job clearing our Sewer line when it clogged, We decided to bite the bullet on a permanent fix to replace it, good decision as they found numerous problems with what the original builder did. They worked quick and had the sewer line and water on before the day was over.They were careful to minimize the damage to our yard, Azaleas and flowers despite having to dig 11 feet deep. The employees were a pleasure and they treated the cleanup like it was their yard. I whole heartedly recommend them for large and small projects.“
