Needed a new hvac system for our upstairs and went through the process of gathering quotes, and of the 4 I received I didn't get warm fuzzies from any of them. So I got one more, Holm Heating and Cooling. First, Doug is a straight shooter and tells you what you need and what you don't need based on data that he collects from air flow, etc... I had several companies try and sell me on new duct work, Doug simply pointed out that who ever did the original install of the ductwork did a poor job and just needed to be adjusted some. Doug is highly recommended in my neighborhood, and with that, I called him when I had an issue with my HVAC system. He was very responsive and was able to come on the same day. Doug was very knowledgeable and explained to me the problem with the unit very well. He replaced two parts but the price for his service was still reasonable. I highly recommend Doug and will contact him again in the future.

I can’t thank Doug enough for everything he did for our family. We had the worst luck of both our HVAC units not working the first time we turned the heat on for the year. With two little kids in the house, this was a huge problem. I called Doug around 7:45pm that evening and he was there by 7:45am the next day. We had both issues fixed within two days and his pricing was more than fair. Doug went above and beyond anything I could have imagined.
