I can’t recommend this company enough. Honest, fair, and technically super capable. From ensuring my replacement heat pump was the proper size, to configuring and troubleshooting they were on their game. Tyler was my main contact through the process and and he wasn’t just a capable sales guy but a very good engineer who helped ensure the system was optimized with a couple hours of very personalized service after initial install. I would hire this guys for my own company if given the chance :).

Professional & Friendly from initial visit to installation.I initially telephoned due to Santa Air having over 100 reviews and maintaining a 4.8* rating (Impressive). My heat pump was struggling. Tyler with Santa Air thoroughly explained my HVAC situation and provided me with several options. Tyler is very friendly and knowledgeable making me feel at ease knowing they would do a great job and make sure all was right with HVAC.I knew I did not need to shop around. Tyler was friendly, professional and on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and solution. Even though my unit is at least 20 years old, he never pushed me to buy a new unit. Instead he gave me an assessment of the "health" of my unit and how much longer it was likely to last. I'll definitely call him again if I have trouble and recommend him to friends.
