Recently, Langley was out to do a first recheck and inspection on my new gas pack. I received a phone call before the tech came out and they informed me that it would not even require them coming in the house. Obviously very convenient for me. In fact, by the time I had a chance to text my wife, they had already come out and performed the service outside and sent me a document via email confirming that all had been checked and that everything was in good working order. Having a team like this taking care of this very essential part of my home gives me great peace of mind. We’ve been using Langley Heating and Air for quite a few years now doing the yearly maintenance agreement and have been extremely pleased with the entire crew. They are always on time for the appointments and very professional. They don’t try to sell us services we don’t need. I trust Kaleb and his entire team with the maintenance and service of our HVAC equipment. Thank you all for the great work that you do!

Outstanding experience from start to finish. From Ken the sales rep, to the installation technicians Thomas, Rod, Caleb, and Bud, everyone was professional, friendly, and at the top of their game. They replaced 2 heat pumps and 2 air handlers at our home in 2 days, and left the work areas cleaner than before they arrived. We're quite pleased with the quality of the new units, the level of top-notch service, and the ease of communication. Hire this company!
