They repaired my bent frames, put my lens back in, and replaced a missing nose piece on my sunglasses. It only took about 10 minutes and they didn’t charge any fee. “I broke my glasses on vacation last week and Bob and Gail worked me into their schedule today to basically build a pair of wire-rimmed glasses using parts they had on hand. I wouldn't say the work was cheap but considering they worked me in first thing on a Monday and were able to do this sort of work so quickly, I would say the price was very reasonable. The number of shops in Raleigh who could do this type of work at all is probably few. The number who could do it without having to send off for parts is fewer and I think there may only be one who would and could do a project like this right away for you. If you need expert work done outside of popping a new prescription in a generic frame call Bob and Gail!“

“My wife and I have been going here for a couple years and have had great experiences. Just recently, I had an accident, messing up my frames that were just a week out of the warranty. I stopped in, and Travis helped me out and fixed my frames up for me with some tools, made sure they still fit me nicely, and sent me on my way. This place simply has very nice staff who have a strong desire to make sure you feel satisfied when you leave.“
