“I cannot say enough good things about Davis heating and AC! We had a terrible experience with another company on a new unit installation. Davis came out and let us know what needed to be fixed. They arranged for us to get portable ACs for a night that we wouldn’t have AC after the old company got their equipment out. They were highly professional and knowledgeable. The 4 guys would installed the new unit were wonderful. They also sent out several people including the owner to check over their work (bc of our previous experience ). Before 10am, a service tech was out to fix the problem. He was prompt, so so nice, quickly took care of the problem, and anticipated a future issue and took care of it as well. “I worked with Mr. Ramsey for 28 years. He treated me like I was his son... He was truly a father in my heart. The BEST PLACE I'VE EVER WORKED. MR. RAMSEY AND ROGER PARKER EDUCATED ME ABOUT EVERYTHING I KNOW. STEAM LINES, BIG AC UNITS, MECHANICAL ROOMS...and any "part" it took to do the job RIGHT. Greyson came out to give some options and get us quotes on all of those before making a decision. Once we decided on a new system, he identified some other weak points that should be addressed to help the longevity of our system.
