“I worked with Mr. Ramsey for 28 years. He treated me like I was his son... He was truly a father in my heart. The BEST PLACE I'VE EVER WORKED. MR. RAMSEY AND ROGER PARKER EDUCATED ME ABOUT EVERYTHING I KNOW. STEAM LINES, BIG AC UNITS, MECHANICAL ROOMS...and any "part" it took to do the job RIGHT. HE LOVED HAVING CHRISTMAS PARTIES AND CHURCH EVENTS. HE IS AND ALWAYS BE A FINE GENTLEMAN IN MY EYES AND HEART. “I have been using Sanders Service for many years. On this occasion, I scheduled a routine maintenance service of my AC system. I was reminded of the upcoming service call the day before and told to expect Matt. Matt himself called me on the day of service to let me know to expect him within 30 minutes. He arrived in that time frame and proceeded to thoroughly examine and clean our entire system. He was polite and professional throughout. I expect very high quality work from Sanders Service and I have never been disappointed.“

“My experience with the Cody(the technician) was A+. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The speed at which we were added to the schedule and taken care of was also A+. My issue with the overall experience is that my unit is under 3 years old, put in place by Down East. There was no talk of a maintenance plan when it was put in place, even when I had asked. Now that we are having issues I’m hearing about the maintenance plan which was appreciated because it saved me $$. I can only ask the questions I know to ask. I have no idea what kind of services you offer if I don’t have the information.“

We decided for him to replace it (he had new part in work van), and then he checked heating system to make sure everything was correctly working. He was friendly and explained what was done. The unit is working great now, we are nice and warm. Definitely recommend calling Jacksonville Heating and Air conditioning for servicing.“

“I can't say enough of how impressed I am with this company and the team who helped us through our stressful situation. Brad came out the very day I called. My husband and I were without AC over the Easter weekend. The hottest days we've had this year. I called Ritchie's on Monday morning and Brad came out that day to assess our system. It was simply past time for a new one. We had been putting bandaids on the 11-13 yr. old system. i for the past couple of years. Brad was very thorough in explaining our options, and helped us in our decisions. The next day work began. The team of men that came were Chase, Cam, and Christian. From the very beginning these men were respectful, polite, professional, and hardworking, and QUIET! It was huge job. Everything had to be replaced, from the attic, to the outside. I was struck by how quiet this team worked! They had was no loud music, no loud talking (or cursing) and no smoking (yay!) They never complained of my barking dog. She was driving me crazy! By early Wednesday afternoon the team had finished. They cleaned everything up. I wasn't left with a mess, and it could have been a huge mess with everything being replaced. I've never had a more professional team work in my home. They bring honor to their company and to their profession. I will recommend this company to everyone who needs help.“

“AC was running slow and not a lot of power. They came the same day right before they closed found the issues immediately and replaced the correct components. Also had them right on the truck. It also helped they explained everything as they were working. Highly recommend to anybody who needs their AC or heating fixed.“
