Steven P came by to help with our A/C unit not working. The level of professionalism, kindness, and knowledge was very impressive. He fixed our issue and also gave us some information on other things that we may want to fix to avoid any future problems. I appreciate the thorough diagnostics and care to resolve our issue. Perhaps a raise for this man? ?

Let me start by saying this has been the best customer service experience I think I have ever had, from inspection, to quote, to work, and completion everyone involved made me feel like family the entire time.So my heat stopped working on a Thursday. I contacted Brooks Strickland at CCA to come assess the issue and he arrived on Friday to inspect my HVAC. He sat in my driveway for almost 2 hours drawing up the master plan and estimate for what we ultimately ended up deciding to do. Couldn’t have asked for a better explanation of everything regarding what I needed to bring my home where it needed to be.
