Our maintenance technician, Pete, arrived on time, did inspection and showed us the faulty part. We decided for him to replace it (he had new part in work van), and then he checked heating system to make sure everything was correctly working. He was friendly and explained what was done. The unit is working great now, we are nice and warm. Definitely recommend calling Jacksonville Heating and Air conditioning for servicing.

Our central air unit basically blew up and failed in multiple areas all at once. In our dire need, we searched for help and found JHC. They were beyond outstanding. The tech Kevin was amazing. He truly cared about our needs, calmed our fears, and made the experience so stress free. The company was on point with communication, flexibility, and super duper nice.
