I have been using Kellum for 4 years now. I bought my father's house on the island and he never maintained anything. All three of our air conditioning units required replacement over the past 4 years. Including 2 that went out in 2 different years in the middle of summer when I had guests here. They came same day and replaced the units both times with no additional fees. I have also had several "emergencies"that were done same day and always done professionally, and with the technician (usually Mike who is awesome) going the extra mile to explain what happened, why it happened and what if anything we can do to prevent it from happening again. We called Kellum's Heating & Air Conditioning after hours on Friday because our A/C crapped out. Two technicians arrived Saturday morning and literally had our A/C working within minutes. You will NOT find a better HVAC company in Jacksonville, NC. They are quick to respond, knowledgeable about what they do, and fair in price. Extreme professionals.
