My experience with the Cody(the technician) was A+. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The speed at which we were added to the schedule and taken care of was also A+. My issue with the overall experience is that my unit is under 3 years old, put in place by Down East. There was no talk of a maintenance plan when it was put in place, even when I had asked. Now that we are having issues I’m hearing about the maintenance plan which was appreciated because it saved me $$. I can only ask the questions I know to ask. I have no idea what kind of services you offer if I don’t have the information.

Can't boast about this company enough. We moved into our new home and had a laundry list of HVAC problems that were immediately addressed including emergency calls answered on a Sunday. Throughout the whole process there was a small mistake that was rectified by the management almost immediately. These are honest people who do amazing work and have earned a life long customer in me.

Brian was very knowledgeable and very thorough when diagnosing the problem and find solutions. He went over everything with me and answered all questions so that I was comfortable with the decision I made. I was very pleased with the service received today.
