I have been using Sanders Service for many years. On this occasion, I scheduled a routine maintenance service of my AC system. I was reminded of the upcoming service call the day before and told to expect Matt. Matt himself called me on the day of service to let me know to expect him within 30 minutes. He arrived in that time frame and proceeded to thoroughly examine and clean our entire system. He was polite and professional throughout. I expect very high quality work from Sanders Service and I have never been disappointed.
