“In February we were given the bad news that our entire unit had to be replaced. Initially, we had a different company come out and give us a free quote. We quickly became very discouraged and worried when they told us it would be at minimum $12,000.00 and at the high end $16,500.00. How were we going to pay for this?!<br>A close friend of ours had recommended Andy after he had replaced their unit and how good the work was that he did for them.<br>We called Andy out to give us a quote and he was out the next day. He gave us a quote of $5,600. A fraction of what had been quoted by the first company. The unit that Andy quoted us had a better and long warranty then the original company.<br>Once the unit came in from being ordered he was out a few days later and it was quickly put in within a couple of hours. He offered us free installation of our smart thermostat once it came in as well!<br>Every service I've had from them they've been out the same day or next day. They always call ahead of time and explain what had happened and what they did.<br>I'm so happy to have found the ONLY heating and air service company I will ever need. He truly helps the people of Onslow county. I'm so thankful for him and the wonderful people that work for him. They are truly a blessing. Thank you all for all you do.“

They arranged for us to get portable ACs for a night that we wouldn’t have AC after the old company got their equipment out. They were highly professional and knowledgeable. The 4 guys would installed the new unit were wonderful. They also sent out several people including the owner to check over their work (bc of our previous experience ). Greyson came out to give some options and get us quotes on all of those before making a decision. Once we decided on a new system, he identified some other weak points that should be addressed to help the longevity of our system. When it came to the install, Eugene, Kimo, and Jerry all were extremely thorough, respectful, and communicative during the process.
