“Had a problem with cast iron pipes broken under basement slab from kitchen. Got a few estimates but the other guys didn't take the time to explain what they were going to do. Doug was very informative and a straight shooter. Had a good estimate and did an incredible job on the tear out of the concrete floor and the tie- in to the existing pipe. They replaced the kitchen cast iron stack with PVC as well. They cleaned up after their work and the place was spotless. You can't find this type of work ethic around anymore. “Had a great experience with Roto-rooter at my mother’s house. Her sewer line was very backed up and clogged by tree roots. Ryan was so helpful and patient. He spent at least 4 hours trying to get the drain cleared. In the end we decided that it was going to require the hydrojet equipment to clear the roots. But I really appreciate how much time he devoted to trying to get it done that day. Also, I forgot to mention that I called 5 other places first and couldn’t get anybody out for a same day appointment. But Ryan was there within an hour of my call. I now know to call roto-rooter first! Now I feel really bad that I don’t remember the name of the man that came out the next day with the hydrojet equipment (Nick, maybe). But he was also very professional. Got the drain cleaned out and flowing within about an hour. We are so thankful for the help of both of these gentlemen. They are an asset to this company. And we have learned our lesson. From now on we will call Roto-rooter first. No need to call anyone else. Thanks, guys!!“

“We had Kokesh install 2hit water heaters. One went bad right away and they were quick to respond and replaced it. The second continued to have minor issues during the first year.Kokesh was always quick to respond and try to resolve the problem which they did each time. Finally when the last occurrence happened Megan stepped in and said that was enough and she was going back to manufacture to strongly request they replace the second unit also. It took a few weeks but Megan prevailed and was able to get the manufacture to replace the unit for no charge.This was not something Megan had to do, but took it on her own to “do what was right” as per Megan.We are most thankful for Kokesh help along the way and standing up for what is best for the customer.We have used them for other plumbing problems and they are always quick to respond and have provided great results.Good business, good preople who want to treat you right.“

“I needed installation of a new sump pump into an existing pit. Torrisi Plumbing was referred by a neighbor who had a similar service performed last summer following a week of torrential rain. I called and requested a proposal and received a very prompt reply. The contractor rep arrived on the day agreed upon looked at my plumbing and submitted a proposal that included 2 options. Choosing the option that met my need we set up an install date. The plumber arrived on time, was courteous, and professional at all times. Work was completed per the bid in a timely manner and the end result neat, tidy, and unobtrusive in my basement space. I would typically get 3 bids for a job like this but Torrisi came so highly recommended I was confident making the choice and not doing that in this instance. Always risky I know. “Tharp Sewer and drain really came thru for me with a basement with 2" of water. My drain was clogged with mud etc. They snaked in front yard and inside in basement. It is all working great now. They even came out on Superbowl Sunday. They were efficient. Back in 2008, the same company put in a new lateral sewer line for us. Price was good and work was excellent. I will definitely call them again for all my sewer and drain needs. Cost was good considering they came out on the weekend. I also learned some things about my systems.
