“Had a problem with cast iron pipes broken under basement slab from kitchen. Got a few estimates but the other guys didn't take the time to explain what they were going to do. Doug was very informative and a straight shooter. Had a good estimate and did an incredible job on the tear out of the concrete floor and the tie- in to the existing pipe. They replaced the kitchen cast iron stack with PVC as well. They cleaned up after their work and the place was spotless. You can't find this type of work ethic around anymore. “The laundry room washer drain was totally clogged at my daughters house. I had another plumbing company come out. He tried to run a cable down the drain twice only and hit a hard substance. He pulled the cable out & told me, in his experience the line is collapsed and gave me a $3700.00 bid to bust up the concrete and replace the pipes. Cliff from Olney came out ran a cable down the drain 35 foot without hitting any hard obstacles. Cliff pulled it out and ran it down a second time 35 feet. The drain is Totally Opened and the water flows rapidly. Thank God for Olney. They will be the only drain cleaning company my family and I will use from now on. Thank You Olney. I would give you 10 Stars id I could. Just a note: Cliff is a Great Guy.“

“Had a great experience with Roto-rooter at my mother’s house. Her sewer line was very backed up and clogged by tree roots. Ryan was so helpful and patient. He spent at least 4 hours trying to get the drain cleared. In the end we decided that it was going to require the hydrojet equipment to clear the roots. But I really appreciate how much time he devoted to trying to get it done that day. Also, I forgot to mention that I called 5 other places first and couldn’t get anybody out for a same day appointment. But Ryan was there within an hour of my call. I now know to call roto-rooter first! Now I feel really bad that I don’t remember the name of the man that came out the next day with the hydrojet equipment (Nick, maybe). But he was also very professional. Got the drain cleaned out and flowing within about an hour. We are so thankful for the help of both of these gentlemen. They are an asset to this company. And we have learned our lesson. From now on we will call Roto-rooter first. No need to call anyone else. Thanks, guys!!“
