“Tharp Sewer and drain really came thru for me with a basement with 2" of water. My drain was clogged with mud etc. They snaked in front yard and inside in basement. It is all working great now. They even came out on Superbowl Sunday. They were efficient. Back in 2008, the same company put in a new lateral sewer line for us. Price was good and work was excellent. I will definitely call them again for all my sewer and drain needs. Cost was good considering they came out on the weekend. I also learned some things about my systems. I would definitely recommend them.“

“Had a great experience with Roto-rooter at my mother’s house. Her sewer line was very backed up and clogged by tree roots. Ryan was so helpful and patient. He spent at least 4 hours trying to get the drain cleared. In the end we decided that it was going to require the hydrojet equipment to clear the roots. But I really appreciate how much time he devoted to trying to get it done that day. Also, I forgot to mention that I called 5 other places first and couldn’t get anybody out for a same day appointment. But Ryan was there within an hour of my call. I now know to call roto-rooter first! Now I feel really bad that I don’t remember the name of the man that came out the next day with the hydrojet equipment (Nick, maybe). But he was also very professional. Got the drain cleaned out and flowing within about an hour. We are so thankful for the help of both of these gentlemen. They are an asset to this company. And we have learned our lesson. From now on we will call Roto-rooter first. No need to call anyone else. Thanks, guys!!“

“While changing the hardware on our basement shower, the main water valve knob broke. It wouldn’t open back up for water to flow back into the house. We didn’t have water for about 1hr. We called Flow Kings they come out to our house within 2 hrs, and fixed the issue fast! They replaced the whole copper pipe. Replaced the old valve knob with an up to date handle valve. The repair men are so professional and nice. I am more than satisfied. Any plumbing issues we will have in the future I will only call Flow King Rooter!“

“I am an older individual and I lost my husband in March of 2020. I never had to worry about plumbing problems so when I went downstairs to do a load of laundry and found black junk all over my floor I did not know what to do. I contacted Bob Raeker Plumbing and the young man that answered the phone was very helpful. He got me scheduled for that afternoon and told me they would call on their way. I got a phone call about 15-min before they arrived. He was professional and cleaned up everything for me. They were reasonably priced and were fair with the bill.
