“Had a problem with cast iron pipes broken under basement slab from kitchen. Got a few estimates but the other guys didn't take the time to explain what they were going to do. Doug was very informative and a straight shooter. Had a good estimate and did an incredible job on the tear out of the concrete floor and the tie- in to the existing pipe. They replaced the kitchen cast iron stack with PVC as well. They cleaned up after their work and the place was spotless. You can't find this type of work ethic around anymore.
