We have an older house with a leaking drain from the upstairs toilet. Three top-rated plumbers in the area came to look at the problem but never gave us an estimate or called back. Redington sent a supervisor in a few days. He identified the leak quickly, told us exactly how they could fix it and gave us an estimate. Their plumber showed up a few days later and fixed a difficult leak in about 6 hours with minimum inconvenience, at reasonable cost, and below the estimate. Good estimate, on time for the bid and the installation of our water heater. The technician that installed the water heater was friendly, knowledgeable and happy.Theoffice staff is responsive, friendly and kept us aware of any schedule changes. We are happy with J. E. J.E. Redington Plumbing, is the BEST! Unknowingly he brought his crew over to repair my water meter, but on his first visit he saw that I had a problem with my gate and Jeff Redington and Tim Moore got busy with his drill and screws and repaired it for me the gate while his crew was in the basement repairing the water meter. Jeff said on his first visit he did not know whether to stay or leave because of my dog's, but he stayed!!! Thank you! Tim Moore asked me if I was Paula, I told him that Paula was my baby sister and they would be at Saints Skating ring. Before they left I asked the man in the beige pants his name and he told me Jeff Redington, I said you're the owner!...read full review
