We contacted Kirkwood Plumbing when we noticed a lot of water leaking through the ceiling from our kitchen into our basement and they came out within 48 hours. When the plumber came out, we naturally could not replicate the leak, but he walked us through what he thought the situation could be, and what our next steps were if we saw it leaking again.We saw the leak again over the weekend and called Kirkwood Plumbing back early the next week. The same plumber, Jake, came out (and didn't charge us another service fee) and identified the problem after cutting into the wall. Kirkwood Plumbing did a thorough inspection and gave so many details on how best to serve us. While the job is not yet complete, these first steps were critical in deciding to proceed with them to do the job. I feel so confident in them!
Kirkwood plumbing did a big project at a home I am rehabbing. Miles did the majority of the work. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. I would definitely use Kirkwood plumbing again.
