I needed installation of a new sump pump into an existing pit. Torrisi Plumbing was referred by a neighbor who had a similar service performed last summer following a week of torrential rain. I called and requested a proposal and received a very prompt reply. The contractor rep arrived on the day agreed upon looked at my plumbing and submitted a proposal that included 2 options. Choosing the option that met my need we set up an install date. The plumber arrived on time, was courteous, and professional at all times. I've had low pressure in my home ever since another plumber installed a new faucet in the kitchen. The young man sent by Torrisi adjusted the regulator and fixed the problem. He also cleared a clog in a slop sink, which involved following the pipes through the basement. The water pressure in the home has improved dramatically. Well done. Also, I received an appointment in an amazingly speedy manner.
