Both Will & Eric took my weights away from me to give me heavier ones because “I was stronger than that!” They were correct, cannot argue with that. It was always something new everyday I stepped in there. If you don’t have a lot of time, it’s the perfect way to get an amazing workout in under an hour. A killer workout I must say.
