Immediately after my uncle passed, I called Tuawana (on the evening of a holiday) and she immediately told me everything would be ok and she would take care of me. From the phenomenal customer service received, to the comfort and care that I needed during this difficult time all was above and beyond. The process, while involving a lot of detail, was presented in a clear and straightforward fashion. While quite business-like, he never made me feel rushed or pressured, and explained all the options carefully. The staff were all so professional, helpful, and kind. I had a youth Performing Arts group listed on the program to render two selections. I was beating myself up trying to figure out how l could get them to sound professional as far as sound system goes. Well they had a young man on staff that worked it all out.
