Recently, I scheduled an appointment with Dignity Memorial to began the pre-planning process for my future funeral arrangements. I had the distinct pleasure in meeting Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home Pre-Planning Advisor/Outreach Coordinator Chidinma S. Anyanwu. In working with Sheena, I had the most wonderful, professional, and thorough experience in her explaining and meeting all of my funeral preparational needs. I have had two very positive experiences with Hines-Rinaldi. In 2018 they handled the cremation of my father, as an affiliate of the National Cremation Society based out of Florida. When my mother passed away at home suddenly in January 2024, I remembered my positive experience with Simple Tribute/Hines-Rinaldi so I called them. I am really glad I did; they were immediately responsive and very kind. The funeral director contacted me the following day, exactly when scheduled. She was easy to work with and there was no pressure to buy services that I didn’t want. Caring, soft words and kindness from their staff. I was amazed how the person who set up my wife’s funeral softly spoke with me. She was kind, and sympathetic. And she understood my grief and talked accordingly.
