He also check the outside vent to make sure it was clear. My dishwasher lower rack needed new rollers which were replaced on the spot. “Khalid is terrific. Extremely responsive and attentive. We had a leak in our dishwasher. He came out and could not find the leak. He did not ask for any payment and we agreed I would keep an eye on it. Once I found the source he came right back and diagnosed what parts he needed to order. Again, he did not ask for payment. Once the ordered parts came in, he let me know and came back to fix it. He never asked to be paid until the problem was resolved. He is kind and so pleasant. I highly recommend him. He will not disappoint.“

“Our 5-year old new townhome was having HVAC issues where condensation was forming on the ductwork and leaking into our basement ceiling. The humidity was intense and condensation was causing trip breakers and cooling issues. Jerry was super quick to reply to our inquiry and came out personally to inspect the issue.
