As a landlord, I've always had a seamless process with Hamad (and other folks at BA). A phonecall and, this time, a broken washing machine was replaced within a day. I usually purchase lightly used pre-owned appliances for my rentals and in the rare instance it doesn't work as desired, they've repaired or replaced it, no questions.

I just bought a used LG washer and dryer from them at a great price! The units are relatively new and are still being sold in stores - so not older models. The price I paid for both was about the same I would have paid for one new. Both were delivered and installed without any issues yesterday.So far, I'm really pleased! They look good and seem to be functioning. Will update if that changes.
