“My daughter has not been here very long but I have never seen her this excited about an activity before! She has Autism/ADHD and it has been very hard to find spaces where she feels comfortable. I've been sitting in on her classes and the instructors are top notch! The kids love them, the classes are always high energy and very positive. The classes always have variety and the kids are always learning something new.I LOVE all the lessons that are incorporated into the class. She really looks up to these instructors and we have noticed her repeating certain things at home that she learns in class, so I believe this will definitely help her behavior and confidence. They were also SO welcoming and kind to my other daughter who has a more severe level of Autism - we had her come and do a little "interview" thing to see if she would be able to handle the classes yet. They were very patient and helpful and she was able to do much more than I thought! She showed an immediate interest the second she walked in the door, and the instructor was able to get her to smile and laugh and kick, punch, run, and more. Needless to say, she is looking forward to returning in the recommended 6 months to start her own classes :)“

Kwon's Taekwondo Martial Arts Martial Arts Schools

“Kwon's Taekwondo is a special place for me. My family and I have been trained there for over 7 years. In that time Kwon's has made the cover of TKD Times twice. We've earned our black belts and have met some of our closest friends there. If exercise, gaining self esteem, and learning to respect others are what you want for your child, join Kwon's TKD.“

“Sometimes with niche sports there is a level of “gatekeeping” that comes with it. Not here. Everyone, coaches and members are extremely welcoming. So if you’re looking to get into bjj and want a positive environment, this is the place for you. Also, great facility, very clean, and tons of space to work out or attend classes. Can’t recommend this place enough“

Family Martial Arts of Pelham Martial Arts Schools

“We love Pelham Family Martial Arts! And FAMILY really is the key word! They make your whole family feel like part of theirs! Our oldest has been enrolled since the start of the school year. Sifu and Elijah know the names of our other two younger children since the start! They greet us all and make everyone feel welcome. There is something really special about the way they interact with each child in class! My daughter loves her classes and I love seeing her make so much progress not only physically but the concentration and respect that goes along with it! So glad we tried them out last summer during their camp!“

The level of care and support from Sensi is second to none, and both boys have learned how to control their bodies and actions under his tutelage. When my daughter is fully potty trained, I expect to enroll her as well.“

Master Shin has been nothing but caring and kind, as well as supportive and honest. Even after I have taken a bit of a leave from his business he still continues to help me to this day. 263 Main St, Stoneham
Body Mind Systems, Stoneham Martial Arts Schools

“On September 29, 2022, at 54 years old, I made a commitment to change my life by becoming a Harmony Arts student at BMS. I walked into BMS with a physically weak body and an exhausted mind. I was not sure what to expect but I felt drawn to be there. As I struggled to learn to walk again without severe pain, I found passionate and patient instructors, and nonjudgmental fellow students. I have gained strength, skills, and confidence. This summer, between June to September 2023, I jumped off a 20-foot high cliff into the water in Puerto Rico, hiked a mountain in NH, climbed up and then down 500 steep steps in Ninh Binh, Vietnam, and trekked 9 miles through slippery mud slopes in Ha Noi, Vietnam to visit remote tribal villages. "A journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step." Thank you BMS for helping me to take that first step.“
