“We love Pelham Family Martial Arts! And FAMILY really is the key word! They make your whole family feel like part of theirs! Our oldest has been enrolled since the start of the school year. Sifu and Elijah know the names of our other two younger children since the start! They greet us all and make everyone feel welcome. My daughter loves her classes and I love seeing her make so much progress not only physically but the concentration and respect that goes along with it! “Sensi Gabriel is a really patient and good instructor. He is currently training two of my sons, one of whom has ASD. The level of care and support from Sensi is second to none, and both boys have learned how to control their bodies and actions under his tutelage. When my daughter is fully potty trained, I expect to enroll her as well.“

“My daughter has not been here very long but I have never seen her this excited about an activity before! She has Autism/ADHD and it has been very hard to find spaces where she feels comfortable. I've been sitting in on her classes and the instructors are top notch! The kids love them, the classes are always high energy and very positive. The classes always have variety and the kids are always learning something new.I LOVE all the lessons that are incorporated into the class. She really looks up to these instructors and we have noticed her repeating certain things at home that she learns in class, so I believe this will definitely help her behavior and confidence. They were also SO welcoming and kind to my other daughter who has a more severe level of Autism - we had her come and do a little "interview" thing to see if she would be able to handle the classes yet. They were very patient and helpful and she was able to do much more than I thought! She showed an immediate interest the second she walked in the door, and the instructor was able to get her to smile and laugh and kick, punch, run, and more. Needless to say, she is looking forward to returning in the recommended 6 months to start her own classes :)“
