My daughter has not been here very long but I have never seen her this excited about an activity before! She has Autism/ADHD and it has been very hard to find spaces where she feels comfortable. I've been sitting in on her classes and the instructors are top notch! The kids love them, the classes are always high energy and very positive. The classes always have variety and the kids are always learning something new.I LOVE all the lessons that are incorporated into the class. She really looks up to these instructors and we have noticed her repeating certain things at home that she learns in class, so I believe this will definitely help her behavior and confidence....read full review

Amazing school, amazing staff! Both my kids have gone there and I can't say another wonderful things about them. Master G. has a gift for reaching students, building self esteem and is a true mentor. You can see his teaching and his ethic come through with every teacher he trains. So grateful for all of you!

They are the best team. Works very well together and is there for the kids even on there busiest of days. They Treat everyone the same way. Also, of course we made some great new friends. I would definitely recommend to come try it out. You will enjoy your time while getting a nice workout out of it.
