Sensei Nathan runs fully dynamic classes where students of all ranks and experience are consistently engaged and giving 100%. The classes are energetic, allowing students full range of motion and their bodies while practicing real world application to get the muscle memory and experience they need. Sensei Nathan was excited to teach and his level of enthusiasm trickled down to the smallest white belt.

Voted Best of the Best in Martial Arts Instruction four years running - We are now celebrating the grand opening of our newest location in Woburn, MA! Sensei Nathan, a KRANE State Champion, ISKA World Submission Grappling Champion, and best-selling author, has been teaching for more than twenty years. Our dynamic program pulls from aspects of Kempo Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Taekwondo, and Boxing to create classes that anyone, no matter their age or ability, will love. The growth of our students is our top priority, and through our program students will develop leadership, confidence, and character. We have a strong teamwork base that builds trust and camaraderie between students to get the most out of their training.
