They took care of various issues that came up during the installation, e.g. putting in a new electric panel to replace an old one that didn’t have enough breakers for the heat pump. “We had an emergency at our home and needed a plumber ASAP. We called Mark's plumbing and he came down within 15 minutes to check out the problem. The problem was we had a hole in the cast iron pipe that connects to the toilet and also the sink in the upstairs bathroom. This also connected directly to the sewer line that goes outside the house. He came over and did a professional job along with another problem that we had with the bathroom sink upstairs. He was such an incredible help that day.
