My experience with Metro Energy has been great, they are responsive and trustworthy. I inherited them for the former home owner and I am glad I stayed with them and did not respond to the many solicitations I had when I first bought the house. They have proven to be very reliable.
I signed up with Metro Energy last winter & spoke with Debbie who was incredibly helpful. The service has been reliable & dependable every step of the way. It's hard to find an oil company nowadays that will pick up the phone when you call & provide friendly customer service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to make a change! Tom and his team at Metro Energy are fabulous! Their oil prices are very reasonable and their deliveries are on time. Their service department is outstanding. We have an aging facility with lots of hard-to-reach steam pipes that require ongoing maintenance. Tom and company have helped us time and again address the unique needs of our heating system. We could not be happier with their services!
