Absolutely outstanding! I've had them work on two different boiler issues (one was a conversion from oil to gas, done in 2017; the other was just today after the heat wouldn't go on for a gas boiler in another location). Each time, they did something incredibly rare: they did only what needed to be done, and actually told me that I needed to do less than what the 1st plumber said. (I always get two quotes on a big job, and JM was second.) In the 2017 boiler issue, the 1st plumber said i needed a much bigger and more expensive boiler than i needed, and JM said that wasn't needed, and JM was correct-- JM installed a smaller one and it's been perfect, no issues. Incredible. My heat wasn't working and after determining an issue that National Grid had to resolve, they came back the same day and were able to rewire the furnace.Great guys and great service.
