Update Oct. 2023We've used them for over 10 years. They are fair, honest, non-nonsence and know exactly what they are doing. I wish we did not have to go through the answering service when need them. This slows down setting up visits. Also when they call back using an unlisted number, the calls just do not go through to our phone. Still, they came through for us and squeezed us into their very busy schedule.

Rich came out and serviced our high efficiency boiler (which had died) on the same day. He was thorough in his inspection and offered to perform yearly maintenance while he was working. Was happy with the service.Services: HVAC system maintenance

Unified Mechanical Inc. did an excellent job fixing the AC unit. Rich was professional, attentive, and highly responsive. It was clear he was not trying to overcharge as other companies do. I highly recommend Unified Mechanical & Rich.
