I highly recommend Dan and his team. They are responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. Brandon just completed a job at my 3 family and kept me in the loop about everything. I will continue to use Max Heating and Cooling for all of my HVAC needs.
Our basement was flooded after this past storm, our boiler caught fire and we had 2-4 inches of water, we decided to replace the whole boiler...their crew showed up early the next morning and began disassembling the old boiler. We had heat around 3:00 pm, they wet vacuumed our hallway, laundry, near the boiler room.They did a great job....they explained the new equipment in detail..we were very satisfied
We thought our furnace went out overnight, so we reached out to Max Heating and Cooling because they had recently serviced our unit. Come to find out, our free thermostat from MassSave went out. It took Dan about one minute to find the problem, 10 minutes later, he was out the door, and everything was working. We will be using Max Heating and Cooling for now on.
