He is accommodating and truly cares about his clients. Nick makes you feel comfortable and challenges you to build strength and make changes outside the gym. He is honest about the changes needed to meet your goals and encourages you every step of the way. I have learned a lot with Nick. I usually work out at home, and I have tailored my regular exercise routine with all that I have learned from Nick, including warm-up, stretching, good form, and split. Although not a nutritionist, he shares everything about healthy eating habits. He has a powerful story as well; he has persevered in his life and has used life's hard lessons to create a welcoming atmosphere that is challenging and encouraging.

Tommaso setup a 12 week program for me around these needs and I was very happy with the process and results and I then signed up for a second 12 week engagement (currently happening at the time of this review).Everything is virtual which allows a lot of freedom and the ability to maintain our workout schedule when I’m traveling by bringing a minimal amount of gear. I was initially skeptical of a virtual approach but after speaking with his prior clients and experiencing it for myself it has proved great - don’t let this hold you back.Workouts are tailored to my level and abilities and address aches and pains when they arise.The nutritional coaching has been key for me as we review my weekly eating habits and tweak things slowly over time to eliminate unhealthy cravings with healthy substitutions and mental awareness of eating decisions.I wanted a realistic all around approach to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have done my share of extreme diets and workout regimens which work for a while but aren’t sustainable. Tommaso is focused on realistic long term strategies that will work long into the future and that is what I’m getting.I highly recommend working with Tommaso to tailor a program for you and achieve your specific goals.“

Their work outs are challenging but not so challenging where you leave feeling defeated as I came across that in other gyms. I was also looking for a place where I go get my workout and leave and not have wait on others for equipment like you would if you just went to an ordinary gym. I would highly recommend them and look forward to continuing my fitness journey with them.“

“My husband and I have been going to Dynamic Strength since 2006. It's all about lifting very heavy weights very slowly. No need to change into workout clothing. It's temperature controlled, no sweating, just building lean muscle. We have continued to get stronger while our contemporaries are finding it tough to pull themselves off their couches. 115 N Oak Park Ave, Oak Park“I have immensely enjoyed learning and practicing yoga at Yoga Loft Studios. I am in reasonable physical shape but I do not have good body flexibility or core strength. I had never done yoga before in my life and decided to sign up for a two week unlimited class special to see how I liked it. Jill (owner) and her team are outstanding. There is a wide variety of classes and I have enjoyed the challenge and reward of each type. Her team of instructors provide a variety of yoga routines that keep the sessions interesting and fresh. The instructors are high energy and engaging. There are morning, afternoon and evening sessions which are super convenient. After each of my sessions that I attend, I feel like I have received an extensive work out but at the same time I feel rested and refreshed. Even if you are a novice, give this a try and you may like it as I have!“
“Nice but not as good as I thought it would be.........Still worth the money though. It is nice to come here if you have kids since it is not as crowded as the average community/public/city/town pool. By the way for all the people who are thinking about signing up but have not visited in person yet, visit first. All of the images are stock images that they use for each and every single location. This looked completely different than the pictures and they advertise their tiny waterslides as giant which is completely untrue. Also to the people with kids, kids can not use the gym equipment or even go up to the second floor. Still a very nice place to be though.“
