Tommaso setup a 12 week program for me around these needs and I was very happy with the process and results and I then signed up for a second 12 week engagement (currently happening at the time of this review).Everything is virtual which allows a lot of freedom and the ability to maintain our workout schedule when I’m traveling by bringing a minimal amount of gear. I was initially skeptical of a virtual approach but after speaking with his prior clients and experiencing it for myself it has proved great - don’t let this hold you back.Workouts are tailored to my level and abilities and address aches and pains when they arise.The nutritional coaching has been key for me as we review my weekly eating habits and tweak things slowly over time to eliminate unhealthy cravings with healthy substitutions and mental awareness of eating decisions.I wanted a realistic all around approach to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have done my share of extreme diets and workout regimens which work for a while but aren’t sustainable. Tommaso is focused on realistic long term strategies that will work long into the future and that is what I’m getting.I highly recommend working with Tommaso to tailor a program for you and achieve your specific goals.“

7534 W North Ave, Elmwood Park“First time at reNew Studio and I have nothing but great things to share! I signed up for the "everything endurance" class with Nicky through class pass. Immediately when I walked in, Nicky greeted me by name with so much excitement. She told me how happy she was to have me and walked me through some of the machines, asking about my comfortability with various exercises. She also asked if I had any restrictions or injuries, which shows that she prioritizes safety. The gym is spacious but small in comparison to a franchise gym. The class I was in had 8 people, and we had more than enough room to move around comfortably. This particular class involved lots of cardio. Definitely would recommend for those who are used to doing sprints, strength training, and are able to use various equipment such as ski and rowing machines.“

My daughter came to me for assistance in finding a program that was the best for her son building a strong solid base to achieve and be successful in all aspects of his future. Five years later, starting at 4 years old, he has been thriving not only in Taekwondo but in other sports. This Martial Art school not only developed my grandson, It has given me the opportunity to "Get on the mat" and contribute my old school Taekwondo philosophies to the new. “As a senior, one has to be careful when choosing a personal trainer. On a recommendation I decided to try Enhance Fitness and how fortunate I now am to be working with Mike. The sessions are interesting and challenging. I don't have to think about what I need to work on because Mike does all of that. With his expertise I've been able to lower my A1c almost a full point in the past 4 months. The place isn't fancy but has all the necessary equipment and an excellent professional staff. Give Enhance Fitness a try and you will wind up staying!“

I had never done yoga before in my life and decided to sign up for a two week unlimited class special to see how I liked it. Jill (owner) and her team are outstanding. There is a wide variety of classes and I have enjoyed the challenge and reward of each type. Her team of instructors provide a variety of yoga routines that keep the sessions interesting and fresh. The instructors are high energy and engaging. There are morning, afternoon and evening sessions which are super convenient. After each of my sessions that I attend, I feel like I have received an extensive work out but at the same time I feel rested and refreshed. Even if you are a novice, give this a try and you may like it as I have!“
